Greg Gebben's Legacy Framework
A framework for living your whole life on purpose — not managing it in pieces.
The Origin
Greg Gebben built Turkey Toe over 44 years. He didn't just build a ranch — he built a philosophy for how to live. The Full Life Perspective came from decades of watching people succeed in business while losing their families, or stay present at home while their dreams sat unbuilt.
FLP is the answer to that false choice.
“A place to strengthen families and friendships, have as much fun as possible, and maintain the spirit of the OLD WEST.”
Greg is passing the stewardship of Turkey Toe and the FLP framework to Devon Tilly — his son-in-law. This page is part of that handoff.
The System
FLP is not a productivity system. It is a visual map of your whole life — business, family, faith, property, health — all on one timeline, so nothing gets sacrificed without you choosing it.
A single horizontal map: Jan through Dec. Every venture, every family commitment, every build project lives on the same board. You see your whole year at once.
Multiple parallel tracks run left to right. Business. Family. Property. Personal growth. Faith. They run simultaneously because life runs simultaneously.
3-Month Well Plan (near-term focus), 3-Year Budget (long horizon), Straight Line Goal Alignments (goals that run clean through time without zigzagging).
Prayer List. Grateful List. Word of the Week. Rewards. FLP includes your spirit, your gratitude, and what you're working toward — not just your calendar.
You define what you earn when milestones hit. At Turkey Toe, that might be a bourbon session with MFers or a long weekend on the Wanch. The reward is part of the plan.
Core Insight
The most important insight in FLP: your goals have a relationship to each other in time. When you put them all on one board, you stop accidentally scheduling your daughter's birthday against your biggest client meeting — because you can see it coming.
Devon learned this from Greg over years of working together and watching how Greg lives. The whiteboard in Devon's office runs FLP year-round.

Devon's office board — running live. This is the actual FLP magnet board: Jan through Dec across the top, every life track mapped in real time. Dream Board. Prayer List. Grateful List. Bonus Projects. Rewards. This is what FLP looks like when you actually run it — not a template, a life.
The Living Proof
Greg didn't just teach FLP — he built it. Turkey Toe is what happens when you run FLP for 44 years. Every structure, every tradition, every gathering at the ranch is the output of a life lived on purpose.
59 acres in Colorado's Wet Mountain Valley. 44 years of intention, built one structure, one tradition, one gathering at a time.
Dads Day. Family reunions. The Wanch Golf Course. Every event at Turkey Toe is FLP made real — purpose, connection, and fun on the same timeline.
Devon and Sarah Tilly are carrying Turkey Toe and FLP forward. The framework lives on — in the ranch, in the community, and in the people it touches.
From the Creator
“Looks good Devon. Glad you're working on that. You can help a lot of people that don't know what to do when they get out of bed.”
