About the structure
The Pheasant Hutch started as an old building used to house pheasants and is being restored into sleeping quarters at the AOC retreat center, turning an unexpected structure into one of the more memorable places to stay.
Devon Tilly led the renovation through AOC Built, with Barrett Davis and Josh Ruddell helping on this phase of the project.
The custom deck and patio work, built with help from Ben Wood of Archadeck Outdoor Living, gives the space an outdoor hang zone that matches the spirit of learning, building better, and having as much fun as possible.
