About the structure
Eva's Bunk House brings together a few different ranch moods at once, original barn character, restored comfort, and a layout that works for sleeping, gathering, and hanging out between adventures.
It is one of the better fits for guests who want a flexible bunk-style stay without losing the warmth of fireplaces, covered outdoor space, and that lived-in Turkey Toe feel.
The covered patio, firepit, and wide-open views toward the working ranches and mountains make it feel as much like a hangout zone as a sleeping space.
Inside, the bunkhouse also works beautifully as a gathering space, the kind of room where stories get told, plans get made, and groups can settle in for coffee, conversation, or a casual session together in a setting full of ranch character.
