deer hunting in southern Mississippi. We need your help?

I am looking for a food plot on the size of a football. There are two forest roads that connect to the plot, which is the only way to get the plot. There are lots and lots of fresh tracks in and around the plot. there is a small creek about 250 yards away with running water. I sit in the rear of the parcel so that it can cover and can see both ways. or movement to another side of the frame every time down-wind conditions where the deer come and go. Still hunting from daylight to 10 am and then start stalking. I seeing all these signs, but have yet to see a deer. How to hunt for this area. any advice they might try
