Whitetail deer hunting weather conditions “Kansas”?

Anyone real whitetail hunters have suggestions for a Kansas guy late in the rut no buck and the weather is cold “Good!” but windy and rain or windy and icy rain.

I got until the 9th and no buck … weather rest of the week is rainy or freezing rain, possible snow “that might be good!” and windy ….

Rain, ice and wind will make the deer bed most of the day because they cannot hear prey. Still hunt near crossings, areas where you may have seen a doe.
Keep the wind in you face and glass everything. They are there, just not moving.
