whitetail hunting ontario

i need the basics of wild boar hunting.do i bait or call?

i will be whitetail deer hunting in southern ontario and im not sure whats legal. apparently they have open season now.

I don’t know what’s legal in Ontario, so you’d better check.

I can tell you that I live in southern Texas…we have more wild hogs than a bird has feathers. I have used my Foxpro FX5 a couple of times with excellent recordings of actual wild hogs in a baited area thick with hogs. Didn’t bring in a single hog.

Everyone that I know down here uses bait; usually automatic corn feeders. But then again, seems like the guys down here use bait for everything.
