Tree stands for hunting deer?

How far up the tree should i set up my tree stand to hunt Kansas whitetail deer?

i hunt in mo and usualy go between 12 to 25 ft depending on cover in the area i usualy go lower in more cover and higher in areas with thinner cover. it also depneds what kind of terrain i am hunting i usualy go to the 20-25 ft range if there is a hill nearby that deer frequent where there is a chance they will come down the other hill and see me
