Hunting Question (Turkey / deer)?

This is my first hunting season, the only thing is I am still fuzzy after obtaining a deer or turkey and I have to label the report of death? In addition, the seller at K-mart sold me a hunting license without asking whether the state had completed the hunter education class (I never did) .. Is there any way to get in trouble if the game commission finds out? may even find this?

If you need the report of death. in some areas here, you need to even report success hunting effort (just what you want to do after 2 days cold in the woods ….) and for the safety course …… just go get the damn thing.
