turkey hunting permits

turkey hunters?

i live in westren montana and about two years ago. the first time i appllied for a turkey permit got it and the first day i shot my first turkey. i had a blast hunting these turkeys. me and my dad skined it and we put in a crock pot. thats how we cooked it. i didn’t like the taste of it. i was just wondering how do you cook it? how much of a differnce bewteen the turkies i have up here and the turkeys were you hunt them?

I live in Kentucky and have hunted all over the US.
I’ve cooked all 4 of the speices and found no taste difference, WILD turkey is Wild turkey.
