I like Primos. I usually carry 3-one young hen, old raspy hen and a ‘super-hooker’ quad reed double-split diaphragm calls. I personally cannot stand slate or box calls. A gobble tube might be my only consideration, but I don’t have a need for one.

I usually take a knife, my licenses, a compass, some water, radio for chatting with ‘home-base’ and a few extra 3 1/2″ heavi-shot loads. I’ve been hunting southern Wisconsin for turkeys for 15 years now and haven’t had a bad season yet. Got a 27 5/8 lb tom last year with a 13″ beard. I have been blessed. Good luck to ya!
