Duck hunting in sothern Wisconsin?

I an mainly talking about the Racine area or close by. Looking for good public land that is land huntable over water. I have a dog, but no boat. All help and info. appreciated.

Try your DNR or a land owner in the area in which you’d like to hunt, all a land owner can say is yes or no. Just show respect and don’t leave anything behind or he (or she) will say no come next duck hunting season.
