where, in Arizona, Southern California, Neveda, or you can go hunting?

Me and my wife are intrested in hunting deer, turkey or anything that is legal. We live in Los Angeles and what we are looking for a place in the car to go hunting (I do not think we are allowed to carry a dead animal on an airplane flew to another state. So what area are within a 10-hour drive from Los Angeles, where we can go hunting?

Angeles Natl. Bosque (Note, state standards not to mention the game there because it is regulated by the County of Los Angeles, who says you can;) Los Padres Natl. Mojave Desert Forest There is some public land in Orange and San Diego, I do not remember the names suddenly, but any Natl. forest or land management area can be quite a lot. Just do not go through any private property and your own good, is priovide 150 meters from the road or out camping, etc. Oh, and maybe license required stamps and tags as you are hunting. Also check seasons, now is pigs, rabbits, rodents than quirrels or rabbits, coyotes … There are manual ranger stations have seasons and such … or online at http://www.dfg.ca.gov/
