Is it legal to shoot archery in New Hampshire without licsence hunting if the animal is not pulling?

My 14 year old daughter is actually in the shot arc. She owns a recurve bow and arrows, but is used only for competitions, not the game. We are traveling to New Hampshire next weekend and let me know if it is against the law if she wants to go shooting in the woods. She probably only for the objectives fixed in the trees, not to harm animals. The house is to be isolated in the forest with nobody around, so there's really no way any of his punches.
