hog hunting games

Is this wierd?
I am more interested in hunting small game then big game, like when I watch hunting on tv I think that deer, elk, caribou ect. hunting is boring but when I watch coyote, fox, bobcat, hog, javelina, rabbit hunting I am amazed by it. The question is: am I wierd for thinking this and which state in the USA has the best small game hunting?
