elk hunting season washington

Elk hunting in Washington?

I am a beginning hunter, and my friends and I are looking for a great place to hunt elk.
We are not sure where to hunt for elk this upcoming season.
we are looking for places in western Washington.
I’ve also heard that hunting in the wenatchee national forest is good, but i dont know my way around that area. Please help!

Packwood, Onalaska, and Morton are all good places. A cop actually hit a elk in Packwood in his car, and he died. There’s a large elk herd there.
