deer hunting paintings

If I had to do an oil painting of a deer hunter, how would I approach the fluorescent orange?
When People do these paintings, which just use cadmium orange, although most of the royal hunting clothes are orange fluourescent? Or what? I'm still a beginner – only done about 20 paintings. Thank you very much!
An artist uses his palette and color theory to approximate almost anything that is paintable. . . for their orange work well. What you need to do is to make the most of his painting more neutral-tone colors below and orange will appear as if it is fluorescent. By placing this bright color, intense with muted colors that will use the properties of visual contrast and the effect of increased of the neutral to get the effect!
