What website can I get a hunting license and complete a full course take on the game?

Hey, I wonder if anyone knows where I can get my hunting license for deer hunting next year online. If it helps I'm in Atlanta and am under 18 if that means anything to obtain a hunting license

I just took mine and I'm 14. you have to get a parent or guardian to sign for you. but look at your local outdoor clubs, that's it I took it, but it was the course of study at home, the site is ihea.com that may have more information there. and you have to do a lot of studying and what not. to go hunting but you need someone licensed over 19 with you.
