Is there a hunting club near Louisville, KY?

I found one called Wilderness Investments LLC, which allows its members (150 members total can join in now and 7 members in the open) to hunt on land for planting and managing only deer, pigs and turkeys. They also have a park 20-acre ATV fun area for members. Is this a good option? As a member of the statutes give each member a planned 1 / 2 acre lot that the member must build a hut or house within 3 years of joining the club. Does anyone know of a club that allows you to have a place to stay in the property Sportsmans club? Another thing they have is a clause that members must attend at least 2 meetings a month for 12 months, this is something you would do?
