Does anyone know of any hunting leases in louisiana or hunting clubs ?
Looking for leases or farmers that have a hog problem or deer problem to take my son hunting primarly bow hunting to get him started
I don’t know where you live, but there are a ton of great Wildlife Management Areas in the state. If you’re up north, Jackson-Bienville WMA has a huge hog problem. If you’re further south, Pearl River WMA has a possibly worse hog problem than JB. Either would be a good place to hunt hogs, I’m not sure about deer. Some use the lottery system for hunts, but I’m pretty sure you can go on either WMA anytime for hogs, as long as it’s outside of rifle season for deer.
