How does the rising trajectory of the bullet?
I'm from the Midwest, so hunting in hilly terrain mostly flat. I would like planning a hunt in the west in the mountains. How extreme elevation changes found to influence my photo? As an extreme uphill shooting or downhill … (I have to 0.30 to 06) Also, what is the most exciting animals to hunt in the highlands? (I would have medium deer and big game … / Moose, sheep, bear, perhaps, or ?…) I have a friend in Colorado, so it probably will be there … but maybe other ranges if the good things here. Thanks.
The thinner air flattens its trajectory slightly. Shooting at a steep angle, either up or down, you will shoot high by 350 -yard shot verified by the laser rangefinder is only 280 yards across the face of the earth by gravity to work, and 210 meters altitude difference. And a lot of luck to get the label of sheep. Are common as hen's teeth. A family friend, through a Flatlander south, is largely on those things, and has the Grand Slam twice, but is severely restricted by the ability to obtain a label.
