Bear in mind that I live in Tucson, Arizona. The clues originate from Prudenville, Michigan. The clues are as follows:

1. North of you.
2. Better bring a truck.
3. Head to the better than good lakes.
4. Go to The Big Man Made Lake.
5. Look for the house next to the Funky Turtle.

If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate them.
