turkey hunting oklahoma

Is it legal to hunt on the Canadian river in Norman Oklahoma area.?

I’m wondering if it’s legal to Turkey hunt the banks of the Canadian river in the Norman Area? We use to quail hunt there when we were younger, but I don’t know if it’s legal or not.
